Shine Auto feed style fenders wheel fitment

Was wondering if anybody could help me out on a bit about fitment on these shine auto feed style fenders.. Was trying get a "dump" look going for my Works VSXX like this right here, (this was john vargas's wheels I bought from him) wheels are 18x10 +0, 3.5 inch lip & 18x12 -2, 4 inch lip. Wrapped with 225/40 & 295/30 tires size.
Now I'm trying to go for this setup or close to just except the wheels sticking out of the fenders & majoring stretching
This is how the car sits at the moment they're wrapped in 265/40s & 245/40s
Rear:
Front:
.... I was planning on re-barreling these wheels but I just don't know to what size... Any suggestion out there? I know camber will be in play never messed with it so I would like to know what degrees it needs to be for a nice flush, these are my first set of three piece wheels so sorry for the newbie questions.... Thanks in advanced!

Not trying to be a smart *** bro. But simple subtractions, u have the specs of the wheels now. Just measure where you want them to line up. Measure the lip, subtract where u want them to line up, let say u currently have 4", you're sticking out 1", buy a 3" lip then you're gtg. Inner barrel wont change, total width would thou

Over fender and front wide fender looks awesome thou.
