Ok guys... need a turbo, gimme some ideas..
Ok, right now i'm running a nearly stock 88 TII. I already have all my upgrades budgeted out and ready to go. With this setup, what sort of turbo would you recommend, along with what cold/hot side? I've driven an NA for two years, so obviously, I have no idea what I'm doing.
The reason for not searching was because I want a more personal response, instead of things that might apply to other people.
My planned setup:
Rtech v1.7
550cc primaries, 720cc secondaries.
Walboro 255lp
Full 3" exhaust - no emissions
RB FCD
Greddy type-s bov (still looking for adapter )
Stock port (Til next year or when the engine goes. Will go streetport)
Can anyone recommend a turbo for this setup? I want to make around 350ish hp. I understand it will probably be lower. Just aiming high

Hm, suggestions on injector size? 800cc or 1000cc? Didn't want to go too much, but if it's necessary...
Kay then I should change it to the rtech v2.0 with 1000cc? Or just dump my life savings into a powerfc?

Your going to need atleast 720's + 1000's for 350+. I put down 325 with 4x720's and my duty cycles where 90%+. I'm going to be going with some 1000 sceondaries myself.
This it with the Rtek 2.0. The 2.1 is out now and it has timing settings that are mapped based now and is what I'm currently running.
Look for a turbo with a .81 undivided or .84 divided exhaust housing. I'm currently using a MP 60-1 with a .96 A/r housing and its a little laggy. The .84 that I had before had better response with the stock ports.

Good advice. I'm slowly compiling a list here...
Of course, I'm gonna need to read up on hot side cold side, undivided, exhaust housings, etc... cuz I have no idea what I'm looking at when it comes to those. I'll look for a few kits and specs on them.
another thing I just thought of that I'm going to need to look at is a FMIC. Yay!
Any other specific turbos I should take a look at?
