new msd question on wiring

just got two 6as and two ss blaster coils. i went over the instructions and it looks easy. i am doing the two boxs on the leading. so do i split the signal from the ignitor to the box in half? so that the same signal gets to each box? if this is the case does the coils fire at the same time?

sorry one more question. since i have two amps and coils for the leading plugs is it essential to do anything to the trailing plugs. the reason i do not is because i heard the trailing only do about 10%.

You only need one box for the leading. If you wish to do the trailing you need 2 more. The leading plugs fire at the same time anyways unless you have a distributor. In this case you'd convert to direct fire and they'd fire at the same time anyways. Just run 2 coils off of one box.

Which year car is this going on?

94. on an earlier post i asked if i could use one box for the leading with two coils. but more than half of the responses recommented two boxes with the two coils.

I have one box with 2 coils and it works fine. You can run 2 boxes but I doubt very much that you will see any benefit over just running one. After a certain point, more power to the spark plugs won't help you anymore.
