Thanks to everyone for the compliments, for right now, I think I will sell just kits, except to those who initally purchased the kits from me, I feel I owe them something if they are interested in a upgraded set up I will work something out for them, I just don't want to get caught up selling just manifolds and DP's
I would prefer to offer complete packages.
I'm not sure what wastgate I will stick on it yet, but I'm leanig torwards Tial/HKS. I may just stick with the progates, I'm not sure.

You're thinking RHD?

In europe, only a couple of remote, isolated islands use RHD cars, the rest of us have LHD cars just like in the US.

I'm hoping to be one of if not THE first to pick one of these new kits up.

Sean, when would the first few be available? I'm looking within maybe 6-8 weeks.

The exhaust and compressor wheels are about 9mm and 6mm larger than 35/40 and it uses a TO4 flange.

Sweet..

So you'll make a divided version of the manifold then? Putting a divided housing turbine on the manifold pictured in this thread would be wasting valuable spool-up, don't you think?

How about posting pictures of the original manifold so that we may see the difference.

Divided housing means that there are two passages for exhaust gas into the turbine housing of the turbo. It allows you to take advantage of the pulsating characteristics of exhaust flow. On a 2-rotor rotary, it's as easy as keeping a the pipes from the exhaust ports on the engine separated all the way to the flange you bolt the turbo to. The pulses hitting the turbine wheel in a divided setup will spool the turbo faster than the even flow caused by joining the primaries in the manifold. The manifold at the top of this thread has joined primaries, which makes sense for the GT35/40 turbo since it has a non-divided T3 exhaust housing.

Oh, and the combination of a divided housing, a well designed tubular manifold and a ball bearing turbo should make for excellent spool-up even on a larger turbo.
