i don't want to sound stupid, but im in need of help picking the right turbo, my only requirement is

t04 flange, as i have a hks mani.

i am looking for max 350-375 hp and would like decent spool.

going on non ported s4 engine, w/ supporting mods.

Fixed your title, take a look at the GT3574 it is a solid performer on that platform.
