Is my turbo F!@ked??
I recently looked at the comp housing and I notice oil spread inside the housing in a spiral fashion.. Does this mean I need a new turbo??? ITs pretty new garret t70, I bought it a while ago but it has less than 100 miles..

Check oil drain, no kinks, smooth bends, .5" bare minimum. Make sure you have adaquate BOV, PCV. I would look at those things first. If you mean it is excessive or way more than a film then you may need to look at the turbo.

ok thanks for that. i have a MP t70 so thats why i was wondering. and it happens off boost?....at what sort of revs and speed?....could it be restriction on your system...ie hotside or exhaust?.....do you have a straight through midpipe?
