Made 617 RWHP on GT42 (non ball bearing)

I left the dyno tonight making 617HP (std) and 601 (sae) on 32psi with a GT42 (non ball bearing). I still have to make a few passes since it's rich on the higher rpms and as I get on boost but I'll make those smaller adjustments at the track.

Air fuel - 11.1 - 11.4 (as per the FJO on the TEC unit)
Air temps - went up to 130 (90deg out)
Duty Cycle - 83% (4x1680cc injectors)
Full boost at around 5800-6000rpms

I am still missing some HP for that boost, I'm running the smaller midmount greddy intercooler, it might be that since the temps are higher than average? The motor is streetported (RP template) but the irons only, I did not port the runners so it might be that. I'll worry about that later since I want to apply this and see what happens.

Thanks to Tony from T and R Racing for his late hour dyno time and all the assistance. Thanks to Crispeed and Dee for the troubleshooting help! Crispeed gave me a list of things to check and as usual, he was right

Revving to 8750? Wow! What's done to the motor internally, balancing?

Congrats man, you've officially got a bright yellow spaceship on wheels!

Thanks guys.

Motor is a streetport with a racing beat template on the top of the port and a pineapple template on the bottom of the port, I only ported the irons but not the runners. Nothing balanced or pinnned. 2mm black superseals. The housings had very high miles on them but specced ok.

The T88 ended up getting damaged before I could make the HP I knew it could make. Fuel pumps are 2 external bosch pumps, the smaller ones, not the new larger flowing ones.

Also, the dyno chart air fuel was leaner than what I was showing, the FJO was showing low-mid 11s.

Anthony

I thought the internals were fully built!
I swore it had forged rotors with unobtainable apex seals, studed block and tripple main bearing eccentric shaft?

LOL Naaa only the piston guys need to do all those internal mods to their rotating assembly to triple their rwhp numbers. IMHO Rotary's will forever and always be the ****.

Under your avatar, you have 10.7 @ 132. First off, that is awesome, second, what wheel horsepower did you have when you obtained your 132 trap speed?
