Just pulled my spark plugs, running too hot?

Hey everyone just pulled the plugs on my car wanted to get your opinions. To me these don't look too good, but maybe I'm wrong. Runnings NGK 9's all around on a single turbo set up with wastegate pressure, power fc and premixing 1oz per gallon of gas. Thanks for the help!

do you have an ignition amplifier like an HKS twin power? Those tend to accelerate plug wear.

What you see as chipped edges is simply the deposits from fuel additives and oil on the surface of the plug. The plug metal itself is not chipped. Those plugs look perfectly normal with very little actual wear.
