I have a GReddy 06SH-25g turbo on my 7, and the seals are completely shot due to PO having the drain in a loop.
TurboLab has a kit for $200, but It looks like the exhaust turbine has a couple of extremely small nicks from contacting the housing. Are these turbo's worth rebuilding or should I upgrade?
I'd like to hit ~450-550rwhp.
Motor has been streetported, 1680cc Secondaries, Aeromotive 340 fuel pump, KG Rails.
I've been eyeing a S366

No idea on your question, but for your power goals, a SXE S362 seems to be a better option than the S366. I say this based on your power goal, and faster spoolup!
Okay, well I went ahead and took the turbo to Turbo Lab America since they are only 20 miles from me. What they did was convert the turbine shaft from a TE06H to a TD06H using an EVO 9 center section. I also went with a billet wheel and less turbine blades too.
I think that anyone needing a GReddy turbo contact Turbo Lab due to the lack of any customer service at all from GReddy; I have called their Tech Support line every day, for 2 months with no answer. Also never got a reply to the multitude of e-mails I sent.
Here's a picture of the turbo after I got it back.
