what kind are you looking for? i use them and like them. no problems so far, been using it since 06 same turbo. there are hx40 hx55 hx60. the most important is the turbine housing. get one that's going to suit your need.

I used one a long time ago. I kept going through bearings but had crankcase pressure probs.
They spool great and make a cool whistle sound due to antisurge housing. They have big exducers so should be efficient at 30+ psi. Get one and keep us informed.

This guy's got one!

Holset H1E, got it brand friggin new on eBay for a touch over $300. It's the same size as the HX40, but a little older. Divided T4 hotside.

There's another thread on here with a little more info on the Holsets, as well as one on Honda-Tech, I believe.

i am probably going to go with a HX40. the HX50 is the very biggest i would go with. i just want to run a good safe 10-14PSI. i've seen videos of the HX40 and i am in love with the whistle it makes.

are these water cooled?
ball bearing?

oil cooled, like i said you have to look into the turbine housing size. make sure you get one that will suit your need.

i wouldn't need any bigger than a t4 housing. i mainly use my car for a semi-daily driver. no really a track car. i just want something that will build boost quickly. have any suggestions?

If you are in love w/the whistle, the to4z from garrett makes the most ridiculously loud whistle I've ever heard.

My cousin and his buddies in NY swear by Holset Turbos BIG & CHEAP. They say the performance is almost unbelievable for the price. And yes spool is supposed to FAST and not just BIG turbo fast just FAST.
