GT35R T4 Divided Available
An electric airpump won't help out those of us who are unlucky enough to live in California. The SMOG techs know that we were supposed to have a belt driven airpump and having an electric pump in there would cause you to fail the visual part of the SMOG inspection.
Trust me, I DON'T want to live there. The military stuck me there and I'm just making the best of it. I'm getting my *** back to the east coast as soon as I possibly can!! Cali SUCKS!!!! Good car scene though when the cops to bust everyone for SMOG violations.

That is going to be a beast of a 7 when it's done GoRacer. I'll be looking forward to running into you at one of the events in SoCal after it's installed. I'll have the long runner mani with the same turbo in my TII by then.

I don't care about loosing top end if it's over 16lbs. So if the .84 is most efficient to at least 15lbs, then maybe that's my choice? I don't want top end to roll off before redline either. I want the turbo kicking in intsantly but proportionaly to rpm/speed. I don't want 0 lbs a 2k rpm's them 15lbs at 3k rpm. I also don't want a whiplash from power lagging untill 5k rpm. I want as smooth as possible. I want my dyno chart to look like a 90 degree right angle till redline.
Oh, if you use the nickel wastegate then don't you have more options of where to put it and it can be closer to the heat?

Meh when my motor decided to throw a seal the last time it chipped up the turbo prior to that tune. I didn't have the cash to fix it at the time so I went ahead with the rebuild with the intentions of fixing the wheel this winter. So that's why my response is a bit slower than what others should expect from this kit.
Hell, I'm excited for you and chances are I won't get to see it for quite some time unless you are coming to the D1 in Irwindale in December! I can't wait to have the money saved up to order mine. Make sure you post pics when you get it and when you install it!!!!!

How much of an efficiency improvement is the new GT35RS kit? What difference can I expect with the smallest compressor wheel and the largest turbo (1.12 is hot side, right?)?
