EFR9180 EWG 663hp 495kw 25psi

Some of you may be interested in these dyno sheets so I've posted them up.

Once again the EFR shows why it's the best readily available midframe turbo.

This setup is in a drift car.

S5 89-91 13B semi-pp
Stock upper intake & throttle body, modified lower intake
9180, 1.05 turbine, twin Tial 44 gates
4in exhaust
Link G4 ecu
IGN-1A coils
E85

Turbine speed is 101k at 8000rpm, hence the rapid drop in torque.
The turbo may do 700rwhp in this particular application but it would most likely need the 1.45 housing.

For comparison - two different dynos within a few hours of each other - no changes.

One is a locally built rolling road, the other a Dynapack hub dyno.

Holy hell! That's 125whp more than I put down with the EFR 9180 IWG on 25.5 psi and an S5 street port. Great numbers. Is it just a street port and semi-PP or bridged as well?

What does your air filter/inlet on the compressor side look like? Pressure ratio and compressor speed can be pretty sensitive to this. You can drop compressor speed by reducing restriction.

^I'm thinking your right... We noticed quite the difference with and without even a filter on. Given different turbo (9174) and port combo..but Semi P nonetheless. Crazy what makes a difference when squeezing everything we can out of our little 1.3 Jams. Love it! Solid numbers man! If I can find our last dyno graph...I'll post up to compare!
