what else did you install along with the turbo?

 

i dunno man, but im running the ebay kit w their manifold, turbo and wg. And it doesnt take me forever to get up to 60? I can get up there pretty easily shifting at just 4.2k rpm and i can feel the boost start to kick in at 2-3 psi even though i have a small self-created leak on my elbow to make sure i dont over boost and i set my rev limiter to 4,200, til i get a bigger turbo and get it tuned.

Im guessing something is wrong with your car bro.... Maybe a huge leak. check your block off plates? did you get the two (or one?) on the back of the LIM, and the one the turbo side, and the one on the inside of the LIM? Maybe your shop guys didnt think of that.

Also what ECU are you running, why dont you answer these questions to make it easier for the forum members to understand whats going on so they can give you a suggestion to better help your problems instead of playing 21 questions.
