Different boost problem, help please!

boost problem
i just joined the group and was following this thread as i am having a similar problem. i will wait to see how this one turns out before i post any details. if i do have to i would ask that internet tough guy with the little guy complex who goes by the name ASLEEP to kindly keep his condescending opinions to himself.

And evidently it's not a boost leak problem after all. Did a pressure test up to 17 lbs, found one leak. Fixed it and went out for a drive. Still doing the same exact thing. In third gear it would go from 15psi at 4500rpms to about 11psi at redline. In fourth it wasn't as bad. 15psi at 4500rpms and maybe 13.5-14psi at redline.

It was just odd because the day I got it tuned, it held 20psi no problem all the way to redline, and I drove probably 200 miles like that. Then all of the sudden it would bleed off about 5 psi to redline.
