You have great idea's and your video's keep getting better...Between you and crispeed, I'll be watching some RX-7 with 750rwhp by next year, and loving it!!

Thanks dubulup, I appreciate the comments. The fiming was with two very High-End Sony Cameras, and a Tripod was used whenever possible.
That's one of the reasons that dhahlen's comment annoyed me. Unfortunately, this car doesn't have a roll-bar to mount a camera like mine does.

As for the smooth zoom/pans - it's pretty hard to do when a car zooms by at 175 mph, or when the camera man is on the back of a pickup truck trying to keep from falling out. One of the problems we had also was lack of light, as we kept much of the filming in the middle of nowhere to keep the popo off of us. Excuses maybe - But true.

I have actually ordered a couple of Sticky-Pods and plan to start using some better software than the MMII that I am currently using. Yes, I do plan to improve what I can make, but I am damn pleased with the current outcome.
Especially for a novice like myself. I honestly believe my videos are better than 90% of the car videos on the net. That's another reason that dhahlen's comment annoyed me.

I realize if I try to please everybody, then somebody will always be upset. So if someone didn't like the video, or the music, then eh. Most of the board here saw the positives in the video, and like it. That is what makes me happy.

Amazing. Nice work, fellas. Good to see the limits of the 13B-RE still being pushed.

Great work,

More like in a couple of months.!
'750rwhp' is easier and more reliable on methanol fuel. I'm going to push the limits of C-16 fuel. Also making big #'s on a dyno is much easier than having it live for some time at continous street use. I have a simple method that has work for me since the late 90's when I built or made my first 600 rwhp car and that's to learn from mistakes and improve on the weaklinks. When you can duplicate a combination with the same results over and over again I believe you have acheived your goal.

YOU get annoyed very easily, it wasn't to annoy you, but I apologize if my comment was written in a derogatory manner - that was not the intention.

You should try out pinnacle, I know you mentioned about the whole 'learning curve' deal - but if you get familar with it you'll be pleased. I've used pinnacle software for lots of video editing and conversions and it is/was by far some of the best software I've used. I'm pleased with the quality of Pinnacles software and products, it usually exceeds the others in the majority of applications.

I wasn't upset, just posting my opinion.

I'm trying to imagine what over 2x's the power my car would feel like?? Do you go blind when you push that skinny pedal?

Nice job on the video Alex!

Best amateur production Rx7 video I've seen yet. And believe me, I know how difficult it is to get "film worthy" shots. Half of the footage we shoot is worthless.

BTW, does the owner use these boards?

Hey Chrispeed, That car is one of the finest RX7s I have seen and the dyno is awsome.
Good job, it sure pulls good thru 9K, it should be a blast on the street. Ralph

So far so good. After 5000 miles I'll see what's up.

Never used the 2mm.

I just watched this video again for like the 10th time and when the mods list rolled by I noticed it said "1x Walbro 255 Fuel Pum". Thats a typo right? I though the max that a walbro 255 could support was ~400-450HP. If you accomplished 685HP on one walbro 255lph pump thats one hell of a feat crispeed.
