I want to see who's first to notice a serious problem on the Engine Data Screen on the laptop when the car was on the dyno.

Alex you don't count so keep quiet.

You care to give a stab at discovering what I'm talking about above.

It's too blurry on my screen to make out what the gauge was reading

I'll tell you what I think I saw, it was really blurry.

Engine RPM - normal.

MAP - looks like it creeped and then stabalized

Timing - Looks like at high boost you were at 14deg timing and that held and did not bounce around. (could not see trailing)

Injector MS - Looks like there was some sort of blip on the injector MS time. It dropped down and then went back up. Never saw that before but then again I've never looked at this on a gauge as in the E11 but it could be the staging of the secondaries but it happened around 12-14psi which is higher that I have staged my secondaries so it's prob an issue. The ms went dropped from 6 to 3.8-3.9. I think this is the problem. That's my guess.

Battery volts - dropped to 11v on the pass, another issue? I've seen fluctuating voltages affect the injector opening and closing times.

Baro Pressure - could not read

02 sensor - could not read.

Fuel Trim - could not read

Coolant temp correction - looks ok

Air temp correction - looks ok

Throttle enrichment - could not read

TPS - looks like not quite hitting 100%, maybe needs to recalibrate in the software but should not cause any issues.

Coolant temps - increased a little but ok.

Air temps - went from 104degF to almost 150deg F, I think thats pretty hot but not sure what the temps were that day in your shop.

That's my guess!

Anthony

That is the most amazing video. Just when I thought that my gt35r car was fast but that car takes the cake. It just looks beautiful inside and out. Just out of curiousity how much would a setup like that cost? Also what kind of longevity do you expect on that motor especially reving it to 8500rpm!!! Just unbelieveable. I have to save this video when I get home.

When the injector ms dropped when going under boost, was that normal?

Really nice setup on that car and the video was really cool. What software did you use to make the video? I've been playing with Vegas and Pinnacle Liquid so I'm just curious.

Windows Movie Make II. Free with Windows XP.

I do need to use something more powerful in the future,
I just don't feel like going through the learning curve again.
I own Vegas and Adobe Premiere too. Gonna have to force myself
to try it out.

how about a video camera mount for some stability =P

Upgrade that cam... get a nice *** production style one... at least spend a few G's - you can afford it with all the money going into that thing, lol.

You have no idea what you're talking about. About anything.
And Once again - the silver FD is NOT my car.

Why are you getting all offended over an opinion?

I know that your camera angle on half of the video sucks. Then again.. I'm not a professional. Whether the car is yours or not.. the whole point of the post was to see whoever is doing the video, or owning the car... or whatever.. to read what i posted. Its merely a suggestion, I could careless what you do.. if you want ot make video and people like it.. then thats great. I just feel it could have been way the hell better had some nice equiptment been used. The car looks great and the video was nice, but if it had been done with a better cam and perhaps a mount where the video wasn't moving around.. it could have been badass. Just my $.02 - no need to take offense. Your car, Crispeeds car, your video, my ***, his mother... whatever.

I suppose AnthonyNYC needs a new pair of eyes since the video he saw was BLURRY.

I don't care who did the video (whether it was you, or you just had the raw video to edit), or who owns the car, or whatever.. it was just my opinion. Facts are. 1.) The Car is Fast 2.) The video could have been better. Then again this is the only video I've seen.

Regardless, for what it's worth (and apparantly to you it's worth nothing) - the video served it's purpose...

You are going way back, but IMO street racing is the *** racing and drag racing at the track is real. 20 runs and a pop IMO call me pessimistic in the high HP ability of the 2 rotor.
