Car Not Boosting High???
Hi,
Anyone care to comment? Have a 2nd gen FC3C with a 13bt mild port, 2mm hurley seals, 4 additional injectors, hybrid TO4e, with trust wg, and microtech MT-8. The problem I'm facing is that the car cannot be boosted above 10psi. The wg has been closed fully, ebc installed to help, and wg has been changed. Still 10psi max. We have dismantelled the trottle body and check the hoses for leakage. But still to no avail. What could be the problem? Did anyone experienced this b4?

The additional injectors are only set to come in @1bar and above. This engine was taken out from my drag 1st gen. On that car everything seem fine. Was boosting at 1.4bar on race gas. But ever since the swap, engine could not boost above 10psi. Have changed the wg, did a full check for vacuum leak, but nothing. And is turbos like this suppose to be this slow? Even the dohc V-tec's could keep up?

Sorry. Re-phrase the last sentence... " Are turbos like the To4's supposed to be so under-powered when boosting @10psi? Seems rather sluggish. But cannot say the same when boosted @1.4bar and above.
