Boost Problem

Hey I have a boost problem. She will not boost past 5-6psi and does not want to pull under full throttle. What could be wrong with her? She cranks and drives normal..just wont boost. I changed my spark plugs and vacuum lines.

All my mods are in my sig. below.

Any help/suggestions are very much appreciated.
