What is the largest turbo you have seen on the log style manifolds? I have a Borg Warner S4XX sitting around that is T4 framed. I am not too concerned with any interference with the turbine side, but instead the compressor housing is what I am worried about. I have a feeling that the housing would have interference with the frame rail. I don't have either manifold readily available to me so I cant give it a try.

J-Rat made 550rwhp on a T67/T04R with the HKS manifold. I personally ran a T04S (.70 A/R compressor) on it.

The real problem with that manifold is that it sucks for spool and boost control. I would not run that big of a turbo. Get a good stainless one or at least try running the FD HKS manifold which is a better design. I'm pretty sure you will need to use a header flange as a spacer so the turbo doesn't hit the LIM..

Yeah that manifold isnt a very good design. The FD manifold is something I am going to look into. I am not sure how fitment would be even with a spacer. The turbine snail might not be the problem, but if I have to space the manifold out, I would be willing to bet the compressor housing would hit the frame rail.
