^looks exactly the same as my standard gt35r dyno setup almost same numbers and boost levels. from what i have learned about turbos on these car within the past year is that its all about turbine wheel size and turbine a/r to make power. thats why we see the borg warner units doing/did so well on these cars. a 67 compressor is enough to make 600whp on a rotary its just that a p trim wheel is too small to run a high enough boost. if i was to do it again which i might is switch my 6765 over to a 6768 or a 7068. ill still keep the billet as i have noticed it helps with spool. on both the evos and supras you really dont see these things waking up in power until 25+psi. if i can hit 27psi with the 6765 then it might make 575whp. but it depends on how well this precision p trim size wheel flows. it looks similar to a garrett gt turbine wheel so it might let me squeeze a few more psi out of it. but there have been cast wheel t67's to make 530-550whp at 25psi.
Well I put the 3586r on the car to basically see how it would do on a rotary considering it is rated at over 75 lbs/min which is almost 15lbs/min more than a regular t3 35r turbo and evo and sti make 700+ whp off of them regularly obviously at boost levels over 30psi. I figured the small turbine would be the issue but you never know until you try. I got 120psi in front and 60psi in the rear housing the next day after that dyno so maybe it would make more with a healthy motor or I did the compression test wrong and my motor is fine. The good news is my numbers were not horrible like I thought they were. I was kicking myself thinking I was tuning it all wrong seeing so many 35r dyno numbers in the 400 range at 14-15psi.
What were your numbers with the 6765? BB? I think you can get a 6776 billet which should do well.

yea a hurt motor will definatly make an affect. but most of the power made on these cars in on the turbine wheel. they really do need their flow. i have made 450whp at 18psi on the 6765 so far. which is decent but not over the top impressive. billets are good if you can get them to 30psi.
Bringing this back from the dead. Or maybe there was a seperate thread with 6765 results?
With some peoples results it seems its falling a little short of expectations. (500+rwhp @ 20-23psi)

ive done some minor street tuning so far. 18psi is still the highest i have gone. its about a 130mph 1/4 mile trap speed car right now. i use the vbox to test speed. so it would probably dyno 450-470whp right now. 18psi with low timing. i stopped tuning that day since i fouled the plugs with a few runs in the 9's for afr.
well we put down 430 rwhp at 14 psi on my billet 6765. until my solenoid kept pukin my profec b . killed 2 units so we werent able to raise it past 14 . im sure at 20 ill be past 500rwhp.
