Eric (Resource/Bunch of other names or something) I believe had a K27 before switching to a T51R KAI and said he liked the T51R KAI much better.

Thanks Mr. bad information. I'll take it from here Neither Resource, nor a bunch of other guys had the kkk 27. They had the SR motorsports set up, which is different.

I actually do have the blitz turbo kit. (which is the kkk27 rebadged). The turbo kit itself is reaaaaly high quality stuff. If you get it, you will see what I mean. Perfect welds, and nice construction.

I have had the turbo on my car for 8K miles and it is good as new. I am guessing that this turbo will outlive my engine. Not too hard of a feat with a rotary though

The turbo starts spooling at about 2000 to 2200RPM, and has full boost by about 3500RPM. Currently I am running very rich, at 10 to 1 under load, and am putting down 365 to the wheels at 13PSI. With some more tuning, I can hit 400rwhp at 15 to 16PSI.

Anyways this is a good turbo kit. The only downside on the whole thing is the price.

Good luck with your search.

Jesuscookies, I'll second the question that adictd2b00st asked. Also, what is the price of the kit? Maybe I'm just stupid, but I can't find the kit anywhere online.

The kit is not cheap, $4200, but there is a guy on the forum who is selling one on ebay. I think his name is Rierich? or something like that. You can also find the turbos for sale by themselves, as they are used on audi's and Porsche's.

The turbo holds boost till 8500RPM without issue. I have actually datalogged a couple of runs. Boost does not flounder at the level I am running. (13-15PSI). My car is set up to be a reliable, daily driver if necessary. It is currently putting down 360RWHP, at 13PSI.

Good luck on your turbo search
