93 single turbo rx7 lumping idle/late throttle response

Well i finally got my rx7 to start up. She sounds great at idle. 15 pounds of vacuum. 60 psi of fuel pressure and a healthy sounding idle.
Heres my issue. As soon as i try to give the car gas the accelerator is 1 delayed and 2 will not consistently give me throttle response. It will bounce up to only about 3k rpm and go back down to idle and will repeat this even with my foot on the accelerator. The car also runs at idle around a 11 afr. But when given gas, quickly leans out and continues its lumpy throttle response. Recently i have cleaned my throttle body. Took the tps off and put it back on without re tuning it. I have now re tuned my tps to meet the specifications yet it still has the throttle delay. I also changed out my coil packs not too long ago. Maybe a month or so. Other than that im not sure where to start with the delayed throttle. Clogged injectors? Bad spark? Ecu doesnt know how much intake and fuel is in the engine at the time? I need some advice on what to diagnose it down to.
Also was thinking of running a little bit of fuel injector cleaner to see if i could free the lines up a bit.

so is there a map on the car?? 60 psi is way to much pressure, should be around 40 with no line attached.

try turning your air screw out which is under the elbow.

Won't adjusting my idle air just change the idle and thats it? Yes the car has a pretty rich conservative map. Hasnt ever done this since i cleaned my throttle body and put my new air filter on.

FSM indicates 71-106 psi static FP.

So if my fuel pressure is too low then i must have a bad fuel pump or clogged filter or something correct?

60 psi is way too high. Should be set to 43.5 psi static (hose off). Sounds like you need some tuning. What is the complete setup on the car?

so single turbo conversion. 550cc primary and 1680cc bosch injectors. Walboro 255 fp. Kg speed rails. Larger streetport. Custom exhaust manifold. Front mount. Running off of a power fc unit. Profec b boost controller. Wide band. Emmisions delete. Just throwing out some quick stuff.

Not trying to be harsh but the first think I would do is throw those injectors in the garbage. They are 1970s technology. They have a poor spray pattern and are difficult to tune smoothly. People don't realize it until they drive a properly setup car with modern injectors. I would go with Bosch EV14s or Injector Dynamics 725 primaries/2000cc secondaries. What kind of map do you have in there?

Yeah if i had the cash laying around i would get nicer ones. The map on the car is just super conservative. Nothing special. Just have no clue why its suddenly leaning out when i try to give it gas. It never did this before cleaning my throttle body and changing out the coil packs.

The pressure is quite high was it tuned like that ?

Have you got a after market fuel pressure reg

This sounds like the tps isnt 100%
Was it fine before the clean ?

You could take a vid of how its running give a better idea

Yes i do have a aftermarket fuel pressure regulator. And yes i think it was tuned at that pressure. It was perfectly fine before cleaning. I might have done something wrong with the tps but i have no clue what i could have done wrong.

If you took off the tps it will most likely be out of adjustment. VTA1 should be close to 0.40 and VTA2 should be close to 1.0. Car must be at operating temperature to accurately set the tps.
