Which fuel rail are you using?
You need to remove the stock plastic runner that sits inside that hole. The injector should fit flush against the inside of the manifold hole.

You actually have to modify the plastic insert abd the tip of the injector..so the injector will not move ..or feel sloppy.....shoot me a p.m.

Re: 1600cc installing problem .

you need to grind down the upper "lip" on the air bleed sockets.

good luck!

Well I tryed the grinding thing but the pieces were to old and they cracked .
So what I did ,I put two bigger o rings on the injectors to sill it better and from the looks of it did the job ..
Jason .
Its the k2rd rail that I got from you .
Thanks 4 your help !

using a small piece of 3/8 fuel line may help. i took out the air bleeder. also, if you have the O-rings from the stock primary rail fit over the bottom of the injectors and can help.

i guess this is for the FD. I got rid of my diffusers fearing that they would just get blown into teh intake tract, anc then cause bad things to happen.

Damn, my 1600's are installed without the modified air bleed sockets. Do I need to modify and install them?
