Theres a long story behind all of this but certain things have been resolved (after a great deal of time) so i will just focus on the items that have yet to be paid for or returned....im guna leave out all the messy details as im not trying to make this personal...simply want to get my money and parts back and be on my way


1)the detailing of my seats as they placed a used supercharger on my backseat and left hand prints with greasy hands all over my WHITE seats and grey carpeting.

2) powder coating of my front and rear strut bars, not sure how but the original powder coating was damaged while they had them

3)new oil lines and fittings for my supercharger, custom lines that were cut for some reason

4)they picked up my car from my house, but dropped there trailer bed on it while loading up the car

5) they still have in their posession various parts of mine which were supposedly sent to me through usps, well ummm i work at my local post office...NOTHIN has come from me

6)custom supercharger bracket was lost


i beleive thats it, ive emailed teddy 2 weeks ago about this and apparently he never got the email so i sent it again. chrus from 1231 is the only reasonable and rational person to speak with but he isnt home much and cant really do much

im writing this in hopes that they will make the right move and get everything done the way it shouldve been done from the get go.

If i still get no reply from teddy i will be taking legal actions to right this situation. i can never get back the time i lost but seriously just man up and do the right thing

UPDATE

teddy just gave me a call, apparently some communications which we are BOTH at fault for have delayed this being resolved.

i just got off the phone with him and he has agreed to take care of these issues, HOWEVER apparently there are a few parts that have been "lost" in the mail...seeing as how i work for the post office, specifcally the post office that delivers to my home i find that very unlikely, he was unsure as to what his bro dropped off at my house and what he actually mailed.

so yes just to clarify teddy is goin to be resolving things, however the instance in which CHRIS SAID he was goin to show up at my house to drop off parts, he never made it....he stayed at his gf's house the whole weekend.

well see if everything works out but im for sure not paying for another tial 44mm!

 

I don't have time to be ducking and diving over stupid stuff. Yes this is big issue for me and him. But the last thing i need is him or anyone on this forum to be thinking is teddy is going to by running and trying not to pay up for this. I always go out of my way to make things work. And i have nothing to hide!!!

I just spoke with Marcelo at 9:45pm October 16th all matters are being delt with as we speak.

Nah it's only me second hit for lack of information, or communication. These issues were taken care of about two months back. I have been only waiting on estimates from Marcelo.

Okay sounds good we could go back forth on the issue if my brother went to your house or not and spoke with you mother but thats in the past.

As for the parts he spoke with you a few minutes ago about the issue and tracking and insurance were paid for when he mailed you the part. So that out of the way

So all in all tonight was a very informative night and alot got taken care of.

Hope all works out as more then half of the issues have been taken care of in just a few calls, pm's, and emails. and the finacial part of this whole situation will be taken care of this friday.

I just wanted to make things clear for everybody. The first post in regards to your first post was during the time were talking over the phone and it was to late for me to edit it. Me and you know where we both stand and know that things are being taken care of as we speak.

i have no problem waiting a bit for the payment, but my car is not at home...it is at the body shop...once its done and i havent paid in full there will be a fee for having my car sit there and take up their space.time and of course money. i will NOT be responsible for that fee...

Ive paid them for some other work to be done and for the parts already, just a fair warnining they will charge a daily fee once the work is completed and the bill is left un paid.....i understand its an inconvenience but its one that wouldve never happened if it werent for you guys


and lastly i understand it was your friends trailer and technically his fault, but seriously i dont care who pays for whatever as long as it gets paid . I mean for future reference, dont send anyone to pick up a customers car if your not ready to be responsible for their actions. no offense or anything but just so this wont happen to anyone in the future ya knooooooo

imagine this scenario. u ask XXX company to do a job. they send a trailer which is they're "FRIEND's"

something messes up, as the trailer rapes ur car, and the company tells u they're not liable, or u should settle directly with the "FRIEND"

LMAO! hilarious imo.

it should all work out, if things are settled, but imo, teddy is fully responsible for damage done, regardless of what happens, because they CHOOSE to use their friend's trailer, and leave the picking up to his "FRIEND".

however teddy settles with his friend is teddy's own problem, because at the end of the day, its the client, he is fully responsible to.
teddy should settle with the client directly, instead of pushing the problem to his "Friend" regardless, teddy settles with his friend, and teddy settles with the client is a different issue

 

marsh i hope ur ready to get owned, because i highly doubt teddy will settle with u any time soon.

im hoping this will get solved within the next 2 weeks or so, i too beleive teddy should be responsible for the damage but honestly as long as it gets paid for i really dont give a crap who pays. im hoping things get resolved asap, if not im more than willing and able to take legal action. i have written and photo evidence admitting to the damages and if they are not paid for this would end in my favor quite easily.

mrmarsh, your responsibility is to get Teddy all of the receipts for his responsibilty ASAP so that he has the amount that he is to repay.

^ I should have also said that Teddy has answered all of my PM's and the transaction was going well, he does not seem like a bad guy. This is the impression that I was given.
