Spent the money on a a garage that caught on fire!!! You got bad communications skills and don't seem to remember anything about what we talk about. I send you emails requesting for receipts for things you have paid for and still till this very day you have only supplied one damn receipt and that was for the body damage in the amount of $620.00 where are the other receipts that you claim you bought the stuff for already. Usually when he/she buys something from a store there is some kind of receipt in return. Im still waiting for receipts for the supercharger fitting, super charger bracket, and the cleaning of the interior. If your going to tell stories tell the right f"en story. Im willing to pay but with "PROOF" of the stuff you have paid for

as you can see with the way teddy speaks its a bit hard to get anything done, yes i COULDNT get you the info on the last couple things because i had some serious family things to get done and finals. but you had the reciept for 90% of what you owe me and youve had it for quite some time and your excuse for not paying it is????

i gave you proof for about 700 dollars in damages a while ago, there you have that...how bout you pay it? im not guna wait 2 MORE months for that...thats just crazy

And im trying to it's just that marcelo is trying to think that were not going pay him back. At one point we did have a large chunk of the money to pay him back but an emergency to took place here at the house which involved our garage catching on fire.

I have kept in constant contact with marcelo since the begining. I recently told marcelo to drop of the strut bars at his powder coating place and that i would i pay for that as long as he supplyed receipts.

It has been none stop emailing him with a very slow response to my emails. Due to the fact that he is in school, he was moving so on and so forth.

And with the stupid thread started on us it doesn't help with everyone else imput and 2 cents when we get knocked down, without everyone knowing the full story. We told marcelo that that with the holidays in full effect, and with the new year starting and school starting money is going to be extremly tight. And the best that we can do is pay him FEB. I'm sorry but that is just how things are going to have to be.

Yeah i would have loved to handle this problem many moons ago, but Im just no going to throw money away but just word of mouth. So all in all it is just no my fault or my brothers it mostly his part for not finding the time to supply with all the receipts.

trying to resolve things and trying to do so in a timely manner are two seperate thigns, i have NO DOUBT that you will pay me...but WHEN is the big issue. My car was damaged july 31, 2007. you have had PLENTY of time and still not one cent.i understand money is tight but its just excuse upon excuse man, tuition you say? dont you go to a CC? thats what 20 bucks a unit?

I had to fight to get back on the forum because i was cut off with out the mods not knowing the whole story, and till this im still pissed off about that.. I have still not done anything wrong but owe you the money that is due to you. So when you supply with the correct and true receipts for things you have paid for then we can get the ball rolling.

On the strut bars lets see how long that takes get here, by my understanding and the conversation we had last week you said that you were going to drop them off this week, supply with a receipt by the end of the week and i would make payment on that friday. So lets see what happens marcelo

please stop trying to act like im the one not handling things, i havent been able to send the last what 2 things? that equal to about 10% of what you owe me. Youve had the paperwork for a long time now and havent done anythign about it. excuse upon excuse. im a full time student as well, so dont try and act like i dont know how much things cost. this is dumb dude, get a job and pay me, end of story. i have all the paperwork now except for the blower stuff, the most "proof" i can get for that is probably going to be an email and contact info. this company is stupid hard to get a hold of or get any little parts from.

Im not trying to be dick and i really don't care if it's christmas. I do have job marcelo. Well all i can say is send the receipts over my friend. Try and be a little bit a more mature. I go to school at night and work full time during the week pulling 40 hour weeks on top of my school hours.

Well i guess for the blower parts that you say you bought some time back and don't seem to have receipt for, i will have to go with the price you gave me on an email. $10 bucks +/- for the super charger bracket that i swear to god was in the back of your trunk.

Hold on let me check my email with the prices you told me were cool for me to pay and you were cool with excepting in that amount. Money don't grow on tree's and i don't plan on just throwing what little i have my friend.

okay im back yeah i was right $50 for the SC Hoses and $10+/- for the SC bracket. Thats what im going with and thats what im sending. Tired of waiting for these damn receipts. and you know what? **** it im also going with the $75 for the cleaning of your back seats. you got pics of that? you know the dirty seats? its funny how you claim it was dirty but don't have proof or pics to show for it.

not sure where in the world your getting those numbers, i never said i bought those. $10 for the bracket? hahah its one of 6 pieces which are 650 +/- new in a supercharger kit thats $7k

so heres the final plan, if this doesnt work out for you well then im sorry your just guna have to take it up with my lawyer as this is pretty much a traffic accident in which youve yet to pay for the damage. i dont wana do that so this is the plan

i will mail you the final paperwork along with the a contract stating what you are paying for and that you are responsible for X amount on the damage done to my car along with a payment plan of sorts, bc obviously having that much money at one time is not possible...i know the timing isnt the best for you guys but thats nt MY fault and i cant afford for you to tell me to wait ANOTHER 2 months


1.mail paperwork with contract
2.contract specifies what your paying for and check is to be sent out immediately for those small items (interior cleaning, blower parts, strut bar coating) AND that you are responsible for the amount it cost to fix the damage done to my front end.

ill email you a copy of the contract so you can go over it and see if everything is cool, i dont wana have it sent out to you and you not like the font and have me waiting even more time

UPDATE

Teddy has agreed to pay for everything EXCEPT the bodywork, pending an email im waiting on for the final 2 parts needing to be replaced. Hopefully he will have everything by monday and he can send the check out.

HOWEVER Chris from 1231 has refused to make any payment for the bodywork until february so i will be letting my lawyer deal with this, as it was pretty much a car accident in which he has admitted fault to and refused to pay. We will see how this goes, apparently they had no insurance on the car, go figure.
