ok update, sorry ive been away for as few days with no internet connection

-teddy did indeed send me the said parts when he said so.....i went to the post office and asked and sure enough there they were, and arrived at my post office on oct2nd...why they werent delivered im not sure but i personally went and signed for them on friday

-a new invoice for the body work was sent to teddy this morning, i will be sending other reciepts as i get them...and since im running low on funds a few will just be estimates as i cant afford to be paying for all these small things while someone takes there sweet time to pay me back

-also got a pretty aggressive email of sorts from teddy telling me i ASKED for him to be banned? that im purposely takign my time getting back to him ?? ummm ya im not sure what the hell hes talking about but hopefully this can get resolved sooner rather than later

I'll clarify this. mrmarsh did not ask for him to be banned. I made the determination to put Teddy on a temp ban until he has resolved this matter 100%.

It is not fair that mrmarsh has to endure all of this frustration and aggrevation because of what Teddy caused and is responsible for.

As stated before in other threads. I will not tolerate these types of problems any longer and will take whatever action I feel is needed to deter these type of things occuring in the future.

No, I hadn't paid him with paypal, actually I traded a turbo for it. Before he had been banned he seemed very respectful in his PM's and was very quick when sending PM's back to me with updates. He seemed like a pretty cool dude when I had talked to him.

The shame of it is, I don't think teddy is a legitimately bad guy. I think he's gotten himself in way over his head and has strung himself out.

Not that that's any sort of excuse, of course. That's about as dead beat of an excuse as "I have been too busy to supply you with the parts you paid for".

does that make any coherant sense? I've been up for about 21 hours now...

update, teddys been calling to check up on everything and making sure all the details are taken care of...

ive personally been unable to get some of the paperwork to him as im stranded at school 5 days a week so the delay this past week was entirely my fault...i wanted to get this fixed before i had to move back to school but that didnt happen

teddy should have everything (receipts by tomorrow or the day after)

and apparently has said that i will be paid back within a week or so after he gets them

so far so good, everything is goin to plan and the delay this last week was entirely my fault but like i said i cant really do much 50 miles away.

can't u just FAX him the details? why do u need to send them to him?

and plz don't be stupid, don't send originals...

just zerox copys and send them to him. no one sends originals to them, especially when they're making a claim against them.

yeah so plz be smart about it.

thanks but im not an idiot, never sent originals...only reason its taken so long is not because i have to physiclly send them..it takes a day or 2 to get to him.but i have either physically go to a few shops or call and get estimates for a few random things...

i cant do those things while im at school, pretty much impossible and im NOT guna pay up front for allllll these little things, i simply cant afford to do that based on someones word that they will pay me back at a certain date. estimates instead if receipts will have to do

I hope you realize that teddy is also in school--if you cannot afford to cover the cost of the necessary repairs due to the fact that youre a student, how do you think another student will be able to? Just food for thought--in other words, this will most likely not be a very quick process for you.

hey we feel u mrmarsh, but don't us wrong, we're on UR side.

we just want teddy to settle this ASAP with u.

rx7roller02 just pointing out that teddy is also a student, and like u, he's also going to have trouble with all that.

we just want it settled ASAP.
u don't go into a business, and expect only pure profits. u can't flop the NUTS every hand.

its not the first time i've heard negative stuff about teddy either, thats why we're so concerned for u.

the 2 parts im having trouble getting pricing for are because theres only one company that makes a vortech blower kit for my car and there horrible to deal with for this kind of stuff, if you wana spend 10k on a kit (i didnt do that by the way) then theyll take care of ou right quick but if a small part was lost ts a nightmare

i understamd what he was saying, over reacted..my apologies...

he should have everything he needs by the end of this week...

Ok look--I am sorry for your recent loss, but you really need to take a step back and chill

Not one word of my post was an insult to you or anyone else--it is called common sense that most students do not have much money. In fact, isnt that part of the problem all this time--that teddy didnt have the time or the money to successfully complete work on time for customers because he goes to school? There is no need to spout off like an *** at me because you suffered the loss of your dad, and because you decided to read into my post and find something that I never put there.

My condolences. I was merely trying to get you to understand that this will most likely be a slow process. Have a nice day.

yes it is, they seem to spend money as quick as it comes in so getting anything back out of them seems like an impossible thing to ask.

your such a damn lier. I have kept every single damn email you sent me and i have sent you, i every damn pm you have sent me and i have sent you. And not to damn long ago you spoke with me and my brother on the phone. You keep coming up with to many damn excuses with your father, your house, school, your uncle, or what ever little things you can pull out of thin air. Get your damn stories straight!!! My brother agreed and you agreed that if he could come up with half the amount for the body damage that you would put in the rest to cover that bill till we paid you in full in FEB!!!
