You might have seen pics of it when I sell parts on craigs but this car hasn't left my block in the 8 months that I've owned it.

Since today is payday I got to watch my money disappear again. I ordered my gauges (wide band, coolant temp, and boost) all in digital blue, and I ordered a Hallman manual boost controller since I can't get the profec b right now.

I still need fluids, spark plugs, radiator hoses and some couplers to finish the intercooler setup.

I got to spend some time this evening working on the v mount setup. The hot side pipe was close but not close enough. I ended uo chopping the inlet pipe an inch from the core and using some spare piping to get this.

Please don't take this in a bad way, I don't trust them the plastic nipple tends to crack.
I use the metal one without the nipple. BTY you are doing a VERY good job!

I'm using this on my car, but I bought new from Mazda , I paid like 28.00 for it, but I wouldn't use a used one. You can also use the metal one and drill and tap a 1/8 npt nipple.

Thanks guys. The piece looks pretty good to me but I will be tapping my metal one eventually. I just needed this one to get the car started and to see how far down I needed to drill the hole. If it's not drilled in the exact percect spot the coolant won't drain when the cap opens so better safe than sorry I guess.

I just use the nipple on the housing below the cap when I delete the AST.

I'm letting a couple of updates accumulate. I figured I'd do one big update when I get her started.
