We need to send PM's to everyone who was interested in this thread.... There was tons of interest before! Only 6 more to go! The biggest argument for making this is that we will have a low cost and high quality supplier state side so replacements will be avaliable vs. buying it overseas!

 

I pmed everyone on this thread about 2 weeks ago. We need to pm people on similar or related threads. Spead the word. Post the link on other threads. What ever it takes because once epole become aware the will want in.

 

Ken where are you?,I think even 12 people it's worth it I mean if me and ken split half of the cost for the full fender kit from RHD [sells for $2600] and I just send him my original facr 05 front bumper with canards still i have inside the box" . After making them ect .. send back my front bumper all other authentic original fender parts to me, make 13 bumper keep ur self one. I think it's perfect idea... let us know.

 

That sounds good, it might be faster to call him as I don't know if he's always checking this thread or not.

 

I'm absolutely interested, but only for the front bumper. I don't have the resources to get the full widebody kit. So I don't want to add my name to the list because of that.

I prefer the look of the 01 bumper with the undersweep. Gives it a much more unique look to me than the 05 style. But I'm completely in for either one if it gets made.

12 People? Someone call shine auto lol If it's not happening in 2 weeks im just gonna go for fujita feed rear ,sideskirts+fenders they look some how even better together.

 

Can you call Ken? Since you've got the front bumper and canards it'd probably be better for you to directly speak with him.

 

I'd really like to see this happen for possibility to get it sometime in the future.

Called in three times , emailed him told me rim spec's and not for the bumper Ken is busy guy so prolly thinking but since im in Canada,Can't keep calling and keep track.

Come on people! I REALLY hope we get the 15 people cuz I've been looking for this kit for soo long!!! can't get it anywhere....
So let me get a few things straight:
Which bumper are we getting with this kit? The 2005 superawesome one right?.
What sideskirts are we getting with this kit? there have been different sideskirts on different pictures.. which ones r gonna be made?
and are we gonna be getting that carbon fiber piece that goes over the side skirt by the front fender?

Come on guys, we can do this!!

If Ken can get this kit in FRP for 3K and Dry Carbon for 6K this would be an amazing deal! This would have rear aerodynamic testing and track ready, not to mention looking good too.

 

Yeah that's exactly the kit I'm hoping for. Those are the side skirts I want. And those front fenders are a must. Well let's hope ken puts this into production! =D

I need to make a correction for those of you calling N1 02 model 01 or 2001.

I had conversation with Ken about this and N1 02 model has been reproduced here in USA 6+ years ago by Chuck from Rotary Extreme. If Ken can find the guy who made the mold and such, N1 02 bumper can be made fairly quick. The guy is in Cali...

 

Thanks for info , We are actully looking for Upgraded version of 2005 Facer N-1 with smaller lighter undersweep , plus I dont know how long ken will take to find the guy in cali if he had 05 bumper.. but thanks for correction.

 

N1 05s are made in china already.. with undertray and canards (same as 02s).

This is the same ones JKL used to sell which they outsourced form China. I had contact with the manufacturer few months ago.. Pending how serious you guys are, I'll contact them again... and if Ken is not interested in making the 05s.

 

I'd prefer Ken's if he's going to be making it as the fit and finish is guarenteed vs. China. Would they have the ability to make it in Dry Carbon?

 

Nice, Rotary extream bumper was already said to be ok... fitment, check 3rd gen section RE project black 05 , He sent me message about why he changed his replica" and got original from Re.

I just called them in spoke to JP/sales for full price and some info,

after successful entries in the D1GP series with the blue Greddy RX7 and yellow RX7 in the Super GT series, RE Amemiya won every Japanese racing series in that time RE Amemiya manufactured a large range of parts not available from other mainstream companies they got too popular and big they made 7 different location for sales, Everything was made in the best quality items by certain 7 specialist including his son, basically chines guy is not tig welding the Re intercoolers and making 05 bumpers for RE project cars, Only RE-Amemiya guys make "3 Dry carbon hood in 1 year that cost 5 G" or you have wait for another year lol.

02 should be ok either way it's going to be made by ken with great fitment if you are interested you can add ur name also, before we send over 25 G we like to hear from him thanks.
