What sideskirts go well with the front bumper and undersweep?

Yes, I'd be in for the full kit if you made it. The full front bumper, front undersweep + canards, front and rear fenders, rear diffuser, and GT wing

 

I know it probably doesn't matter in the decision, but I would be in for the kit in the next year. I am just finishing a $15k build so I need a bit of time for my wallet to recover before killing it again...

 

Ok guys I talked to Ken and he explained that he would need 15 buyers for a full kit at around $3000 a kit. The original kit shipped to the us is $9000. The list we have going is old. Half the people on it have probably purchased another kit. This can be a reality if the demand is there.

i would be in too, but i would want to know if this would really happen, because i dont want to wait forever for it. I'm about to pull the trigger on the FEED kit, but i rather have this instead.

 

Well. this kit will take forever that's for sure. It needs to be transported to the U.S. molds need to be made .. parts need to be made etc...

 

I talked to Ken last night. He told me if we can get 15 people he will do this. That will make it a reality. Ordering a kit from Japan will take some time to get anyways cost 3times as much. If people will actually commit this will actually will happen. If the demand is not there it won't and I fully understand. I know ken makes great quality products and you can not beat the prices for the quality. The kit will take him some time to make for sure but it will open up this style kit to the us market. If you want to buy this kit now your only option is to order the kit for $6000 and pay $3000 for shipping.

Will you be making the carbon undersweep for the front bumper and the covers for the fenders? If so, I am in also.

You figure 2-3 months transport from Japan. 2 months to build the molds for all the pieces to the kit. And roughly 1.5 weeks to build and entire kit.

Add that to the time frame it takes to get 15 serious buyers with deposits.

 

Ken, would you be able to make these parts in dry carbon?

I DEFINITELY WANT IN.....
VIS RACING is saying they are offering the full kit for 2200 dollars but u know it will be lacking in quality vs Ken's work. I have a body kit from Ken for a 1985 Corolla GT-S that is awesome quality....
I have bought carbon fiber headlight cover vent for my right hand flip up light cover on my fd3s from I guess was used to be Chaser Aerodynamics now California Body kit and it was so f'd up and they wouldn't take it back and send one. So I'm glad there are people like Ken who put out a quality product and a great price and take great pride in their work. ^_^

If ken is going to make copies of the C-west headlight or the RE-Amemiya headlight flat eye kits I want in on that as well.

 

Man damn I just bought a copy from a company in England. For sure id of rather bought it from Shine. Whats the deposit on it?
