lol, yeah, we want them back, but no idea on the when part. We realized we had left them there about an hour after we got home, lol. We'll be in touch. We will still need those pieces...even going V-8

josh.. when you go cam in a ls1 you dont necessairily loose gas mileage... the reason people complain about it is when you get a cam and have the extra power.. who can resist gettting their foot into it hehe

i have a nitrous kit that id sell you if you wanted it.. NOS 5771 or what not for LS1's 15lb bottle and everything to hook it up except for a controller/window switch. jets for 75 100 and 120 i believe

Life lesson #57734. Do not try to shred a YMCA membership card in a paper shredder unless the shredder shows a picture of a CD getting shredded.

I'm still set on your engine not really being the source of the issue, based on your compression numbers. You really might want to try posting a question in the 3rd gen section to get some better ideas. Check the timing. Really, three things are needed for the engine: fuel, spark and oxygen (of course compression comes into play too, but that's oxygen related). You said the fuel pump is working and you are getting spark. Maybe you sucked up bird and it's rotting in your intercooler? Ok, bad joke. Sorry. You have a "new" set of twins in, but even so, I don't think they would play a large role in the startup of your engine. Maybe spark isn't happening even though you think it is? After you try to start it, have you pulled the spark plugs to see if you smell fuel? Do you have the spark plug wires routed correctly? Vacuum lines?
Hmmm, that's gonna be a tough one...save money for a plane ticket by making Melba wait for parts?! Are you crazy?!!! LOL As far as the E-shaft play, I'm just speculating because of the mileage. That was actually just an example of the wear and tear I'm speaking of, no matter what it is it would be more on my engine than his. I would imagine if he had parts like that they would have been replaced by Rotorsports when the engine was built. Everyone says it's not the engine but only Josh has heard it in person, although he doesn't think it's the engine either. I don't see what else it could be at this point, because my compression numbers were actually lower this last time I tested it than when he and I tested it together. I'm having a friend from work help me tomorrow night so I can check for spark to make sure. I already posted about this in the 3rd Gen section, (https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/stuck-seal-timing-problem-645252/) and I got some help but no one besides me has posted in there for over a week now at least. Rich said maybe the OMP went out and it's slowly been killing the engine, but I'd imagine even if that's the case, all the extra oil from the old turbos would have been keeping it running. Maybe that's why it won't start now, the turbos aren't blowing oil anymore so the engine isn't getting lube, haha. I didn't try to blow out the excess MMO last night, so I'm gonna get all that out first tomorrow night and try to start it again. I also put in some fuel additive last night, if I forgot to mention that. As far as having the spark plug wires routed correctly...I'm 98% sure they're right, and with that I'm thinking only the two trailing might be swapped, but it's pretty obvious where they go anyway. And the bottom two I've had swapped before with not much difference in results. Vacuum lines are good, I've just been through them. With the newer turbos in, it HAS run already, and the only problem I had after that was no boost, which I would imagine is the result of the untightened clamp on the intercooler piping.

And it came down to a rusted connector. Snip, replace, clean, left turn works again! JOY!
Congrats Joey! Doesn't it feel great!!

Are the cubes on the front and side of that bradley (it is a bradley right?) that super sweet explosive armour the M1 uses?

I'm thinking MREs. Lots of them. For hungry soldiers on the go.

^Haha, yeah I don't think so Fil...yeah that's right, it's spelled Fil now...speedjunkie has declared you are hereby known as either Fil or P-Rod!

The hull of the M2 is constructed of welded aluminium and spaced laminate armour. In addition, the M2A2 / M3A2 Bradleys have appliqué steel armour with provision for additional passive armour or Explosive Reactive Armour (ERA). General Dynamics Armament and Technical products has developed an enhanced-capability reactive armour package for the Bradley. 150 sets have been delivered and a follow-on contract for 168 sets was placed in July 2005.

The ERA consists of 96 tiles fixed to the sides, turret and front of the vehicle, which enhance protection against a variety of anti-armour munitions including shoulder-launched rocket propelled grenades (RPG).

http://www.army-technology.com/projects/bradley/

Mmmm, an MRE right now WOULD satisfy though

Oh yeah, would anyone be interested in seeing Spiderman 3 after the airshow, or possibly tomorrow night?

tempting. PM me a price, or post. it probably won't be til later this summer. AFTER the bushings(haven't i been talking about thse things for like 4 months haha)

i just wanna get into the 11s solid 11s like 11.6-7. basically i need to lose a second of the quarter. new suspension, better tires, headers and about a 120 shot of nitrous should take me there. hahah if not the cam goes in too.

hey chris what is your opinion on the valvetrain components. should i go ahead and replace the pushrods. it seems like i hear a lot about them being weak, and getting bent. if your answer is yes, i will be way more tempted to get a cam at the same time, hahaha.
