The Playboy Racing cars will be competing in Saturday's Rolex Series GT race, joined by open-wheeled formula cars racing in the Star Mazda and Skip Barber National series, with the MOTO-ST super twin motorcycles taking the green flag for their 500-kilometer race Sunday morning. Highlight of the weekend is the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series VIR400 for the exotic Daytona Prototype cars. The VIR400 takes to the track at 1:00 Sunday afternoon.

We can't have all the space and not share the wealth. Shop days will be so convenient at our house. First things first, though, will be a house warming party in late June. (gotta paint, redo flooring, etc first)

Greg, I still plan on being at VIR this weekend. But I didn't plan on leaving home til lunch time or so. Since the GT race is in the afternoon and I wanna watch the entire race so, I can get some great pics!!!

 

Nic, it really depends on how quick I can get out of the store. It's about a 90 min drive so I'd be there around 6:30. I really want to see them run that class but I'd kinda hate to drive 3 hours for 2 hours of racing... who am I kidding I'd drive 3 hours for the fun of it. I'm just going to have to play it by ear but I hope to be there.

 

Hey guys, I just conformation the Blue Angels will be performing at Wings Over Wayne airshow despite their downed jet last weekend.

Also, I really need a good head count of who plans on attending the airshow and would like to park their cars on the flightline with all the static aircraft. I'd like to have some numbers by the 1st so, I can get all passes approved and delivered to me.
