But I was only kidding about bringing mint red leather interior parts for the 83 to the OGTA meeting, we all know these are strictly unobtanium.

Thanks for the offer Kevin, I've still got a pretty good collection of red S3 interior parts left over from my S3 days. But I could use a nice red S3 horn button to give to Martin, if you have one.

The only red horn button I have left is on an absolutely mint red leather steering wheel I picked up on ebay back when I was doing S3's. I'm either going to use it in the 83 or put it in my RX-7 museum.



It goes with this new red S3 shift **** I haven't installed yet.

I'll be there on Tuesday, also organizing the OGTA lakehouse get-together. I'm going to try to organize it on Facebook just because it's a more dynamic tool than reading through pages here, but I'll be monitoring both. Y'all clear your schedules for Aug 29th, and know you're welcome to come the Friday before or stay overnight.

 

Ill probably plan to make the trip up that Friday night, less traffic. Lol.

I just wanted to throw this out there, but has anyone else wanted to move the meeting site. Tilted kilt parking lot is great and it's only like 5 min from my home but their food and service is horrible. I would suggest the taco mac by the mall. Right across from it they have a huge parking lot and their beer and food is way better.

What's everyone's thought?

How are the waitresses?

 

They're just there for good service. You won't see any ******* out or short skirts, some are guys too.

 

Haha. I tossed this idea around at one point, I like it as long as the mall cops leave us alone, I know back in the day they used to be pretty dickish. Plus helps those of us who have the Mac club cards build our count! Lol.
