Pretty car. Robert and Andy are drooling over the pictures. I'm pretty sure Tim popped a cork when he saw those waffles.

You're talking about that gray or primer colored FB or maybe it's an SA that's parked most days at the far side of the WalMart lot at Hamilton Mill?

I've seen that car there several times myself and wondered who belongs to it. Let's card it!
Its a black Fb, the gentleman works there from what I can tell. If I can get a hold of a card next month, I shall card it since I live 3 miles away.

Nice, very rare LS model, low mileage, original condition and looks well cared for. And just up the road from Jefferson! (If only my wife wouldn't kill me).

Cameron you guys should check it out!

Well, Erica sold her Audi this morning, we had plans to pick up a second Fc Vert tonight in Athens but that fell through cause the seller is "too busy over the next few days" to be bothered with selling it, and ended up picking up the Blue *red for now, until Tuesday ** 1981 FB. another 12A added to the group! She absolutely loves driving it even though she is getting some flack from her family about it, but I say we try to support her as a group to let her know if something were to happen, she's covered.

If it's that blue 81 that was in craigslist, you got a really pretty car there Erica!

I'd love to see it, any chance of swinging by Jefferson this weekend?

Before you paint it. I want to talk you into keeping it blue.

I can also go over it mechanically, see if there are any issues.

I'll try to upload one on my lunch break, the blue-green was the original color and they decided they were going to attempt to plasti-dip it this horrid red. Why they decided to ruin a perfectly good paint job is beyond me. At least It can be fixed.

Even funnier(or sad) is that out of the 17 pictures they have on listing, only 2 are of the FD. And this is a MAZDA dealership.

Ray, that white ls on craigslist is my old car. It's is pretty nice but not what the seller is claiming, it's never seen a garage, and the Speedo is a79 cluster the car actually had like almost 300k miles on it, I'm just really good at cleaning and painting things lol.
Oh the motor is from an 85, do is the drum rear end, it does have an aluminum flywheel though, which is why I think he is selling it since he's any had it for like 3 weeks, plus being 18 and learning to drive a straight drive.

I thought that was odd too...

That FB belonged to an old guy on here, he made it out to a few meets and also owns (or owned) an FC and FD if I remember correctly.

Yeah Mike, you serious or just messing around? I bet the RX8 seats would or could have made it very comfortable.

That's a mint light beige GS that Troy had and he was selling it in perfect shape on the OGTA lot last year for a whole lot less than the Mazda dealer is looking for.

Now that the Mazda dealer has taken possession you can pretty much expect a 2X increase in price to cover their overhead.

Here's Troy and his wife at a meeting in October 2012:

Yeah, us too. Ask the Jackson Electric Cooperative to do something beyond reading meters and collecting bills and things get dicey.

The line is down just up the street from my house. My neighbor Bobby and me are thinking about going out and fixing it ourselves if they don't get it done by this evening.

Ours kicked on around 10 PM last night, so we were right at 50 hours without it. We were staying with family, and when we got back to the house it was 47 degrees inside...

We had good old Jackson EMC in Dahlonega- last I heard, our old neighbors are still without power too.

If we don't see you at the March meet Ray, we just assume you were cooked!

We got our power back today around noon.

Bobby and I went down there and duck taped a heavy duty extension cord in between those lines that were down.

The whole neighborhood is happy.

Anybody looking for some SE housings? These don't look too bad if you've got the bucks.
