I need to sign up for the Mitty but theres soooo many options. I'm cornfuseed.

What days would you all be there?

Do we need to signup the OGTA as a car club for a corral or do we go with the Jap Street fighters?

Would a camping pass suffice for most purposes?

What other activities do you guys usually try to do?

Answers people, I need answers!

Most of the happenings are on sat. All you need for the day is "Mitty Admission Saturday & Infield Parking".

No, the way I read it is you still need an admission ticket on top of the "Mitty Camping (RV/Tent) (Admission extra, Includes Infield Parking)"

The Mitty is April 30 - May 2.

I am still hoping to go.

Tim, are planning to drive in on Saturday morning? Maybe we could meet for breakfast. I will not be camping, though.

I was thinking of coming in Friday afternoon so I can go to the mazda party
with my factory key It will also depend on what Dave has plans for as well.
I'll be camping over until Sunday. I would definitely be down
for a breakfast or two.

I'll have to ask the Mitty folks some questions I guess.

A couple of home brews for breakfast would be nice...

April 30 - May 2 I can do, I was hoping it wasn't this coming weekend, I'm swamped.

Did anybody go to Deal's Gap? How was it? Any pics?

ZoomFest question. I'm getting the $150 track attack deal, but I want to bring a guest and I don't know how to add one. I could do the individual registration and the track time attack, but that would be an extra $5 and it wouldn't be another car and would mess up the count, just my honey that wants a shirt

Tell me what to do fella's

Edit- I'm doing that, it sounds the most reasonable. I'm too paranoid that the time attack deal will be full before I register

Just registered for ZF track attack!. Thanks Billy. Now I need to get a car ready to attack track.

Tim- Our/My Mitty plans may be on hold this year. Elizabeth just broke her foot and is on crutches for 6-8 weeks. Not sure she will be into crutching around RA for the weekend. Maybe I can swing down for Saturdays events and come back after the days racing. We'll see.

The wife told me no more cars. Well........I did it anyways......Rx8 in the driveway.

Had to give up a long time friend. She has been mostly good to me but occasional she was temperamental. She wasn't my first, most likely not my last but for now, I think it was worth letting her go. I mean there are more out there. Maybe my next one will be in a little better shape. I hear she is going to a good home. The new guy has been looking for a good one for a long while. He is ready to put up with her temperamental ways..............

Brett, we owe you $5.

I will work on the site to include a guest for the track day participants.

She knows this new car is a mule for your new line of Rx8 performance parts right?

( I figured I might as well start the "ReSpeed is doing Rx8 parts" rumor right away )

Yes, I told her, does not change her mind. She still puts up with me after 13+ years, married and 20 years of knowing me. She aint going no where

The rumor would be the truth. The 8 is the next ReSpeed development mule.

Well I agree Billy, keeping the wife is a great idea, but I'm not so sure about letting that RX-3 go. There aren't gonna be too many of those that pretty coming around anymore.

And your point score just went from 2.0 to 0.125. (even with the ReSpeed help)

yes it was just a car (although i should have had first dibs)

the other one is much harder to find in good condition and working right, usually you find an old one that you try to restore but it whines too much complains when you take it for a hard drive and needs lots of bondo to fill the cracks and body damage so if you find a good condition well running WIFE you best hold on to that one. billy I know yours is great but mine is that priceless collectible, I am sure you will agree after you read the pms i sent you

No worrys i will just have to figure out how to adapt re-speed rx8 parts to a rx3
