Hey Greg, I'm all for taking that carb spacer plate (if it's still good) and the better of the two stock intake manifolds off your hands, the only good ones of those I've got are on my car. Also if that blue bonnet will clean up I can give it another life. I'll trade an FSM for them!

Billy, Ill put 07-17-10 and 07-18-10 down on the calendar for Zoomfest, if you guys decide to change the dates it just means you'll have to make a lot of phone calls.

Hope to see you at next Tuesday's meeting Rotary Drift Dreams, sound like Dean from Jefferson will be there in his minty black '83 GSL, so there will be some new blood.

Greg, I'll take one of the intake manifolds and I'll arm wrestle Ray for the air filter canister.

Billy, glad to hear we will have the third annual Zoom Fest. This is becoming a real event.

If you had come to Deal's Gap last year, you could have seen it in person. I know that Mazmart has some 10A hardware hiding back there, plus a few parts cars, so that should answer your question as to how he keeps it running

Hey, so what's your status now? New gear oil yet? Waiting on parts?

Nice find Thats sweet! Thought it was Rick Engmans but I guess not since it has a SC tag on it. Rick does have one just like it. It is white as well. Rick has his own personal stash of parts for his old cars. No problem for him to have an original 10A running.

New NGK part numbers...

https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/new-ngk-part-numbers-just-heads-up-884821/

Also, I am looking for somewhere to hang out before the meet on Tuesday. With me living in Kennesaw, I cant leave the house until about 630 to avoid HEAVY traffic. And still, I hit traffic. And that makes me late for the meet and I dont get to hang with people long at all. So, is anybody willing to let me hang out at their house before the meet? Crit, Holly, Mike? Anybody that lives close to Jefferys. I get off of work in the early afternoon. And for me to not hit any traffic, i'd have to be up that way by 4 or 430. Any takers? I am a good guy and wont steal your ****. ;-)

A bunch of car guys from my school are throwing a meet in Marietta at noon and then hanging out for most of the day until me and 2 of my friends split to go to the OGTA. That's really close to Kennesaw? EIDT: misread your request, you want to hang out near Jeffery's not in your area to kill time until 6:00

Zach, I don't get off work until 6PM. So I go directly from work to OGTA meet. Kristy, lives close by, if she is going to be available before the meet, maybe you can hang out there.

Congrats on getting the SCCA to work with you guys again this year to make Zoom Fest III happen, this one should be even bigger and better!

Zach, I'll be at Mercer, near Spaghetti Junction, until around 6:00, you are welcome to come hang out in my office or lab, not much fun though, and there's still a 30 minute drive, if the traffic is good.

OK the calendar is about done, except for printing, so it’s time for one last review and edit. There’s still time to add or change things, just let me know before Sunday because I’m going to start printing them out on Monday to have them ready for the Tuesday meeting.
So that I have an idea of how many to print, if you want one and have paid your $5.00 printing fee please add your name to the list below and repost:

OGTA calendar list:

Ray
Mike
???

Here’s the current list of birthdays for the calendar, which I’ve already marked on the calendar. Please check to be sure I got yours right and let me know if there are others to be added.

Crit: 01-11-1980
Chris: 01-18-1980
Ray: 08-16-1980

Ray, is this the $5 I gave you when we got the other 1st Gen calendar or another $5?
Regardless, I want one of your OGTA calendars and I'm glad to give $5 for it.

I'll take 2 ray. 1 for the house/office and 1 for the shop/real office. If I don't make it down Tuesday I will PM you and send you some fun coupons to take care of my 2.

Zack, you are welcome to chill at my pad before I head down

Ray, you definitely need to add Deals Gap to the calendar. Depending on how Michelle is doing in April, YOU might be going.

Deals Gap is April 16 - 18.

Rooms are booking fast so you might want to call and make a reservation just in case.

Crit, Donnie, Seth, Brandon, Alex and myself have signed up to go.

I'm so glad several of you will be joining me at Deals Gap this year. Mike, you would have so much fun... you too Ray. Here is a link to some photos from last year: https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...90#post9769990 All kinds of rare old school rotaries too. I hope some more of you will consider going this year.
