I would take them off your hands but that would mean i would definitely have to repaint the car and stuff after putting them on. But now is not the best time for me to be spending money since I am due to have a baby in 4 days and I start maternity leave Wednesday =(

I heard that they moved Car's-n-Coffee further south in Jax. No longer at River city.

 

We haven't gotten together in a while. Like I said last month we should do something, even if its lunch. I miss talking to people who don't look down on my love for my car.

Well, there used to be a monthly meet a long time ago...

 

yeah... long time ago... wish we could do a rotary meet. Just been disjointed. I don't even know who still owns a damn RX-7 anymore. I never see them around. I don't know what happened to Brian. I don't see Mahin much. Most everyone has faded away... what about you old Gville guys? Tom? etc?

 

Tom and I just had dinner together and took some photos...see them in interior section for "show me your montego blues" (sorry, too lazy to grab link)

Jack is hard to come by these days but he still lurks on here.

We try to go to Hooters but its been a couple of months since we did this. Bryan from RX7Boutique is moving South and I don't know about any of the other FD's and FC's in town.

 

I'm up for a meet if I could ever leave this damn island that is. No lie I am ready to come home. I do usually go to Sonics in J.ville with my crew almost every Saturday. Just an idea but is there a like park area with a large lot that we could meet at if so I'll bring some burgers and we could make a lunch out of it or something. lol just an idea though

But as for parks, there is Cecil field. but i havent been out there to see whats going on around there.
Then there is Huguenot Park and stuff like that.
Not too sure what everyone wants to do, but I am def up for a meet. Its been a long time and summer is here so......lets get together =)

 

MAy 29 -there is a auto x type practice event in St. Augustine.
40$ to drive-pay when you get there, need a helmet, and need to pass tech.
TEch isnt to tough- Have all your lug nuts; Battery tied down;and helmet.
The event is held by the corvette club. ANy car besides the corvette are auto. put in open class.
ALl cars welcome.
You get 14 timed runs.

We used to have a meets at Girvin Road's park. Had a couple grills and a covered picnic area. Worked great over the years.

 

Yep, Girvin Road and Cecil Field are both nice areas. Girvin is closer to me tho. :P

I'm down for a meet sometime. But I will be out of the country for 2 weeks starting in the end of May.

5lick - Congrats on the baby! Hope all goes well for you guys! And if you ever want those body parts just let me know. I think they're going to be sitting for a while again if I don't try the classifieds lol. Willing to give it away for free too. =)

Man, I've been longing to hit the 1/4 mile since I got Katy's (5lick) car running! Would anyone be interested in having a meet in Gainsville at the track? I don't even plan on doin very well, I have never raced, the struts are blown, and its on snow tires still!
Just sounds like it would be a blast. They have open track on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and I just so happen to have both days off every week. Lets get something together.

Kilo Racing and Jesus Padilla in Orlando. His number is 407.438.5467. Pettit started my 3 rotor conversion but it was Kilo that fixed all the issues and got the car on the road. Kilo is fantastic and comes highly recommended by me. He's also 2.5 hours away instead of the 4.5 to Pettit.
