car is an LS2, TR224 cam, headers, exhaust, etc. Mild build. K-sports coils, nothing fancy.

 

sound like it should last forever. Is it mainly for streetuse or do you plan on hitting tracks?

Went to st. augy and has a blast this past saturday.

Randall dude. SOrry i frgot about you plus the rain that week set me back on prepping my car for the event so i was kinda busy.

I did pretty well i ran a 46.23 with my old tires in the front. HAd to fight understeer all day=/
The thread on the tires were showing by the last 4 runs... oh well.

JUst for reference and sti and rx8 with slicks were in the mid 44's
i had semi bald tires

They send you emails if the plan have changed and they didnt. We went and there was plenty of water in those retention ponds.

Hey Im having a boost spike issue with my FD. Is anyone here willing to help me find the issue. Its driving me crazy and I cant seem to figure out whats worng.

I wanted to but didn't have the money and girlfriend was iffy about the 500 on Valentine's Day. I should be going it and/or the 24 hours of Daytona next year.

Btw I saw a green FD stranded on the right side of 9AS past Baymeadows about a week ago, but it's gone now. Not sure who's FD that was, but hope everything's ok.

The car ran fine before I went on deployment, since I've been home its boost spiking. I think it might be because of the weather. I did a pressure test and found no leaks. Another possibility is the boost controller solenoid went bad (heat). They are two diff diagram on how to install the boost controller. I was using diagram 1 but I just switched to diagram 2. Haven't been able to drive the car yet to see if that helps the problem (coilovers come in tomorrow).
