So I was out the other day in the 7 up in Mooresville in the Target lot (behind OCharleys). We had just come out of the store and jumped in the car and this lunatic came driving over to my car and almost clipped the nose, then I see him looking at my car and motioning me to roll down my window. Ahh, another 7 enthusiast.

Turns out he lives in Hunterville and had seen my car a few times. He said he has an 85 GSL, black thats really nice but its overheating on him. He tried changing hoses and some other things but it didn't help. Anyway, I said I didn't have time to work on it for him atm but knew someone who would probably be able to (Sam??). So I dropped a Xroads card on him with my personal email and told him to hit up the site, that it would probably help him figure it out. Said he didn't have the time or inclination to work anymore on it and just wants to pay someone to fix it.

I'm hoping he will post up here and introduce himself. Otherwise I'll send him an email soon and see how he's doing this week. Anyone interested in helping him out PM me and I can share his contact info with you.

Robbie that cars sweet. Someone better ****** that up for that price.

Dave can I borrow your wife when I go for fun rides in the car? She could come in handy.

If your serious about grip with the stock 13 inch tires, get the Toyos but they cost $$$. Otherwise your best off with the SUMIs.

Haha, gotta love the random interventions! Hopefully we can add another old schooler to our crew

Toyo's FTW, but it would cost more to put toyo's on the RX, even with the smaller diameter, than it would to put toyo's on the Protege (which it has).
