A turbo can have the turbine housing moved around right? If you just unbolt it, turn it and bolt it back up... is this correct? This would be a lot easier for me...

Yes it can be "clocked" Main thing is to make sure you have a close to vertical oil feed and return on the turbo

Ok. If it was not completely vertical, it would be OK if I ran a drain pump for it?

Alright, NO he does not have it back, Maybe it may be there, it does not want to run right now. And no it is not completely done. I have had a hell of a time getting the spot repair completed. I had a continuing reaction with a foreighn chemical under the paint etc.. Kept wrinkling. I have that repaired and primered but I have to "burn" in or blend in the color and clear. About the most difficult thing to do on a black metallic... My "mentor/teacher" is going to help me out with that but he cannot get here until..gues when... This Sunday So Who knows. Everyone can talk **** about it not being done while I am here finishing it It is on the top of my list of 18 million projects that need to be finished by Sunday to do.....

When will you guys learn........It doesn't matter if you can bring your RX out or not. It's not just about the cars, plus I can always use a wing man for doing videos! I would like to see as many people show as can. If you own a 7, chances are you have another car to drive

On the off chance that anybody has any FD parts laying around,...ShawnK, Zac,Bryan Etc,... I could use a few if you have them this weekend or soon therafter. here is a list of a few big items..

1.) Wastgate actuator for stock twins(540.00 at my wholesale cost from Mazda.750.00 retail!.. Holyshizz)
2.)Stock Radiator fansand shroud
3.) Drivers A-pillar trim

I am trying to make it out. We'll see how long it takes me to get the painting done on Sunday. If I do I'lll try to bring the soldiers FD as well.

hey guys just got a ? for you. It might sound stupid but i know nothing about this subject. I work with a guy that might be able to get me a turbo. Its off a older svo mustang. and he has a guy with one off a thunderbird that he might be able to get. IS there any reason these piston turbos would not work with my 12a??
thanks

It might be alright. Get the A/R reading and turbine/compressor housing numbers.
