Derrick, I'm shocked... that you don't have all that stuff laying around somewhere. I didn't know you were even putting a 13B in there. I take it you're sticking to fuel injection?
Actually liz, the widebody is a gsl-se with the 13b RE-EGI, so its fuel injected....****** 2 720cc injectors man. But as for having all the stuff....i have the fuse block and coils, its just at brillo's, and we got all the fluids and stuff for the radio, just slooooowwww....

Oh that's right. I forgot it was an SE... I thought the SE came with 680's? Well let me know when you're gonna get everything together. Too much goes on around here without my nose in it.
well they came in either 680's or 720's....this one has the beefy 720's....though you is more than welcome to putter that cheeto out here and lend a hand on the body/paint or whatever

Alright. Sounds like you've got some gremlins to work out. Make sure you check the plugs, that's what gave me a headache after installing the fuel pump.
nah, plugs is new. Its the 2nd gen alt that got put in, more amps than the fusible link was rated for so it cooked the block prolly. But before you head this way CALL me so you knows im out here, cuz im sposed to head to brillo's mom's to get the lil odds and ends. If you dont have my number handy its 865 335 6242

Rhino bedliner in the hatch area

Cleaned and slightly painted up Re-Egi Intake, throttle body was carbon locked...a can of carb cleaner and a chisel later it works again.

The radiator...were going to assume they didnt remove it when they did some clutch work or something...since it has a odd imprint of the clutch fan.

Old alternator on the left, brand spanking new S4 alt on the right.

Cleaned up, relocated fuel door, added a small logo

Right side of the widebody, my *** over in the upper part of the pick de-crustifying the sunroof (down to bare metal and mostly no rust now) Also barely shown is the set of early model Toyota Supra wheels, 14x7 in the standard gsl-se/4lug fc bolt pattern.

Ha, I recognize those 2nd gen Supra wheels. Those things are cool. Too bad they won't fit a GSL. Looks like it's shaping up nicely. Nice work on the Rhino lining... maybe Mazda should do that at the factory since something always ends up leaking back there. They were smart enough to put a ton of drain plugs in.

Welp, we're back in action so time for an update. Sorry to the RX7club admins... I know it was our thread hitting 2k posts that brought the machine down
The club was down for like 3 days which was long enough for everyone to trade cars. Well okay maybe not but I got a visit from Brillo in Derrick's hijacked TII.
The meet is still on for Saturday the 13th... that's a week from tomorrow for those without calendars or maps or iPhones and what-not. Is 6PM good for everyone? Don't expect any baked goods... without Alyssa here all I can offer is burnt toast.
So who's up for next weekend?
