I believe your intercooler is fine. Especially for the amount to boost your running. Do a bit more ducting as you said and get that water meth kit going. When I did a few pulls with Alex I transferred my Microtec screen to Air intake temps and he saw the drop 10 to 15°C during some pulls. that water meth kit is a thing of beauty
