i have ordered from these guys several times and i tell you what maybe it's just me but wtf. THE ORDER NEVER comes in on times and its always pieces shipped. Is this normal?????

yes, everything you described is normal for them, he doesnt stock much and most stuff is dropped shipped thats why it comes in pieces.

you will always get your stuff. patience.

I spent over $6k on them this winter buying everything I would need for my BNR upgrade.. I finally (in March) cancelled orders I placed in November (and the very beginning of December) after finally getting fed up with waiting for them to arrive...

There is a reason I will NEVER order from them again. In the end they just don't care. So long as they get your money you are working to their standards.

My suggestion: CALL THEM! get somebody on the phone, get a name (write it down). Than call them again to make sure they did what they said the would. Finish up you current order (or demand that they refund you for the purchase, and cancel the order), than find another merchant.

rx7store has VERY bad service! Jason lied again and again saying it would ship the next day.

They told us 4 TIMES it was shipping tomorrow and it never did. They charged our card right away as well.

I would not order from RX7store.net EVER again! I would pay 3 times more for an item before I would order from them again.

They lie about when the items will ship. SLOW shipping and BAD customer service! RUDE on the phone!

They do things all wrong. I can’t believe they are still in business. These guys don’t hold a candle to places like Pettit.

Not a class act!

VERY unhappy with them. Heed my warning.

I’m a huge fan of the Rx-7 store. I’ve been dealing with them for years and Jason has always been more than accommodating to my needs. He will continue to have my business for a long time to come.

Call them up and get someone on the phone. That’s the way I always do it.

Have you sent me an email or PM on here about your order. How about you post you order number so I know what your talking about. Im not a mind reader so I cant tell you what is going on with your order until I have those things.


Ive said it a million times so let me state it again. I carry about half the stuff in stock that is on my website and the other half is dropshipped. So if its a large order then it may come from a few different places. If its an item that is on backorder then that means its out of stock at the manufacturer and we are waiting on them to get or make more.

For international customers if you order a ton of parts from me then expect a wait. It means I might have some of them here but I have to have the others shipped to me so I can send the order at once. That saves the customer money on shipping charges but will also delay the order.
If international customers dont want to wait then DONT BUY FROM ME. Good luck on finding a place the stocks everything i sell and will devalue the invoice for customs and take an international credit card. Probably half my orders these days are international, but expect a wait if you order $1000's worth of parts.

Spring and summer are crazy busy for us and it may be tough to reach us sometimes. Send me an email because I try to answer those within 24 hrs.

Hmm, I was told my injectors wouldn't be in until this Tuesday, they called me last Friday to tell me they were in. Seems they aren't doing too bad over there. I'd email Jason with the details. The phone at any shop dealing with our cars is always busy.

Ive spent around 6k with Jason and the rx7store over the past couple of years, and I have never had a serious problem with their service. The worst thing I had to deal with was a missing silicon coupler from a recent order. A phone call and email later, my coupler was on its way to me.


BTW Jason, have my injectors come back yet (order 6132)?

I have also dealt with jason and xavier for years now and spent .....14k with them if i remember. They have always been accomodating to me. I know they have been extremely busy lately, so parts may take longer to ship. Plus if larger stuff is not kept there and has to be ordered from japan or whereever, there is going to be a month+ worth of wait to get the damn part. I have always done business with them, and will continue to do so.
