Slowest customer service ever.

 

I have to chime in on this. The RX7store seems to me to be pretty good. Decent prices and quick, personal service. I have ordered two items from them this month and got both within 5-7 days. PLus Jason always answers my IM's quickly regarding any questions on parts. When you think about how many dozens of items they ship, sometimes things may get delayed. That's just mail order business

I'm finally in a position to buy the Racing Beat dual tip exhaust. Do you happen to have one in stock or would it have to drop ship?

 

I do have two of them in stock. Racingbeat wont dropship so I stock those here.

 

So I went to rx7store.net and the price went from $499 up to $560. Ouch!

Is there a way to get the old price, maybe with an Rx7club discount or something?

Racingbeat raised their pricing last friday on most of their products. Sorry I cant do the old price. I dont make much on those exhausts because the discount from RB isnt very good.

 

Got my brakes and stuff yesterday! Great looking products! And you saved me about 250 bucks on customs and salestax! Thx alot for great service!

 

never had a prob with them, most i had to wait was two weeks, and that was for the whole 99 front end, other stuff just took a week. O and I called in too, only a few times I couldn't get ahold of them prob cause they were at lunch or busy which is understandable.

 

Jason (et all). Is there a coupon code for purchases on your site? I'm going to be ordering an ACT clutch from you shortly.

I live in austria, europe and i also never had a problem with my orders. Ok it took about 2 weeks but i guess most time will take the shipping and the checking at customers service.
Im happy with the rx7store, prices are ok - everytime again!
