Hey Jason, sent you a mai last week where i wanted you too confirm the order i made on some plugs,wires and a RB Exhaust system, i still havent heard from you and i start too worry when i read threads ike these, is my **** gonna show up or not?(imnot expecting it would be here after just a week i just want some confirmation the order is actuay being processed) just let me know so i can move on with the project. Thanks

I dropped my FD off in their shop just a week ago. The only thing I didn't like was that they did promise for things to be fixed in a few days, but in reality they didn't start on my car untill 4 days after I dropped it off. I don't care, I just like there to be no BS. Just tell me how it is and I'll be happy. Anyway, I'm picking her up this afternoon.. Wish me luck!

Not sure if you got my last email. The exhaust is on backorder at Racing Beat for 3-4 weeks. I have the other items in stock and can ship those first if you like.

like any shop we can only guesstimate time frames of when a job will get started and completed. We had a big project we were working on before yours and thought it would be done sooner than it was.

Hey no troubles bubbles.

All is good. I'm glad your not a shop that rips people off. I came in with an estimate for 900 bucks with a downpipe and ast and vac lines, but they dropped off the downpipe and ast cuz I didn't really need it. I'm glad I don't have to worry about a shady shop. Just wish you were closer!

holy shi`t 3-4 weeks, ok ,i was told bout 5 days, but if im starting too get tippytoed i can just cancel it cant i?

And yes please ,i guess some wires and plugs wont cost a fortune too ship so please do, but be sure too only bill me for those 2 products then and just keep the Exhaust bill on hold until u actually know for sure its coming together, thnx man!

Typically I try to stock the exhaust and its usually 5 days from Cali. When I didnt get my shipment I called them to see what the hold up was.
I will ship the other items tomorrow.

I think some of you are having a hard time understanding english. I DONT MAKE THESE PARTS. If the manufacturer does not have them in stock then I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO COME IN. Its a pretty simple process that a few customers of ours CANT FIGURE OUT.

If a customer does not want to wait for a part they can cancel at any time and get it else where. Acting like the world is coming to an end is a little ridiculous.

Ok punchline is, this guy is slow, never gives updates, maybe even never sends your stuff and if he does only half of the package will appear, why dont u just close down your poor excuse of a online store? People all over the world say NO! NO SHOPPING AT RX7store and im in Norway, people over the whole godamn world disapprove this guys service, only **** and **** comes outta it!! Hope others read this before they **** up and order with this guy again...I havent been fucked over yet but thats only because i recalled my order...The reason im wrinting this is because 4 of my friends here in norway never got their stuff or only half the package ( like i said above) this is starting too get personal for me......

What are you mumbling about? You cancelled your order that I never charged you for so whats your problem now?

How about you tell your friends to give me a call if they are having an issue with an order. Last I checked I dont have any outstanding orders to Norway.

I love how customers complain about an order but never bother to contact me first.

So you are in here bitching and yet you have NOTHING to bitch about? I typically dont argue with those that have issues with the rx7store, but you take the cake man. Your life must be freaking easy if all that it takes to ruffle your feathers is an order that you NEVER paid for. Man must be nice.

I have done business with Jason for years and he has always come through. If there's an issue he fixes it, simple as that. Just a few minutes ago I called him about a 3 bar map sensor and he accomodated my needs, just as he always does.

I've always order my parts from rx7store and also been in the same situation as many of you guys having to wait for a period of time for parts...Jason always come through when his parts are in stock...

If some of you don't like the wait period, do what I do and call in to cancel..plain and simple and hassle free..

If you don't mind the WAIT AND WAIT, Jason does have Great prices on items but the Drop shipping from his vendors take way too long for me to deal with. other then this particular issue he is a great source. IMO
