I know. Its crazy with the lack of tech down here. I have a jacket and pants in the car incase they require it. I usually atleast wear a jacket but it was so hot I wasnt putting **** on unless they required it.

Safety items are on my list. Cage might even come.

That's the first time I ran with no jacket in awhile.

13 psi is usually best for me but I was lowering it ever pass. In that video it was 12psi. But it spun pretty bad.

What happened? Was the fire on the inside too or just the engine bay?

NHRA sanctioned tracks are much more strict. There are a ton of rules they need to follow. The Fayetville track down south, I saw kids racing with no shirts, and windows down with one had out the window!!!

Good job on the win Mike!

The FB lost an engine mount and I was out after 1-2 shift. Woops . I need to change up springs and shocks in the rear of the car to see if it can get better 60 fts.

Had fun this weekend.

The only thing that sucks on those events is the lack of time to talk and hang out. I wish I could have watched you make more passes! What ended up being your best? The first pass? Everyone was saying how well you got out the hole! Contests on getting into the 10's Brian!

Thanks Mike.

1.8 60 ft says it all! It was smoking the tires off the line. 10.91 at 130 was the best et/mph. It also went a 10.99 breaking up badly the end of 3rd and most of the way through 4th so I shifted into 5th at about the 1000. hahaha. The car just needed some plugs.

The FB is good for atleast a 10.50 with a 1.6 60 ft. And for what it is, I don't really need much more than that for a street car (no roll cage). I will change up the rear shocks and put a lighter spring in the rear to help transfer the weight better on the back end.

All I ask for out of the car is to be turn key drivable. I don't have time to work on them anymore lol.

I wouldnt use that weekend to tell what the car is capable of. Track sucked and temp was way hot. Wait for a nice cool evening and head to steele, I will meet you there!

If it does give you your number then you could always put a 2j in it!

I am satisfied with the MPH, but not the 60ft. Once that comes down the ET will also come down. 10.50 on 93 and a little meth is just fine for a street car .

Thats a long drive for you just to run at steele haha. Too bad there aren't anymore local 1/4 tracks.
