difference in front runner size

Hey guys i am on the market for some drag slicks (mt) and i am unsure what the difference is in the sizes will do.
Like i am looking at some 15x4 rims and 24x4.5 rubber
is that ok to run with the rears 15x10 4.5" b/s and 26x10 rubber

what is the advantages of running a 24 on the front to a 26 tire?

i am new to drag racing only ever done drifting so i am unsure what the difference would do.

i got the 24 inchas , its not needed to run same front to back diameter as long as they are same construction rag~rag to radial~radial.
Im sure you know that one, but even myself when i first bought my slicks i was confused as you can read about needing same diameter front too back ?? 26~26 , look at doorslamers , not even close haha.

Hows your car coming, getting closer

after all the rain up there i dont think heat will be coming any time soon , one day there will be all us aussy irs racers all there at once , that would be great stuff.

My rear end is still gonna be stock as, 1989 spec, just welded internal gears .
The box i think it was called liberty im just getting the adapter for it now , just waiting for race use only (frank) to come back from the long weekend than its chop chop time
Meth and 30+ psi , im not stuffing around any more , oh yeh i forgot to mention that my turbo is for sale, once thats done its gtx45 time with 1.30 ss tial rear housing
Im hoping to get 650~ 700 hp low boost

i got a link to my stuff im off loading , but i dont think the stuff will be usefull for you as im sure your pretty much done in those parts
http://www.ausrotary.com/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=204595
and
http://www.ausrotary.com/viewtopic.p...02987#p2502987

And yeh the liberty reference is a small internal joke, yeh its a clutchless unit . And my bellhousing is being used, with an adapter
http://www.libertysgears.com/pri%202...%20package.pdf

and when we plugged my motor together it was requested to be good for 40 psi zone , so anything that was deemed necessary to handle that boost and power zone was done , its just ive been ***** footing around 20 psi for way too long

What you in the states for, hopefully checking out the drag scene , i wish i could be there
