Stock style suspension, completely stock suspension, what tires?

Awesome man! I'm building up a stock chassis 1st gen and this is good motivation.

Thanks man. It was running so rich it cost me 10+ mph and some et. Rich enough the guys in the staging lane could hear the motor misfire.
Eric, this is with the 2$ honda plugs.

DIY clutch flow control

.017 nitrous jet.
cheapo line lock
"tees" are from mid 90s toyotas. They are deeper so there is enough room for the nitrous jet.
ON/OFF switch installed on the clutch pedal.
push clutch to the floor. With my right foot I turn on the line lock, when the clutch is let out the pedal hits the switch turning off the line lock.

I really want to use those plugs but...scared about breaking off those ground straps off in the motor.

Combustion temp don't get hot enough to hurt the plug if tune is good. IMHO.

Plans right now are to make Houston, Dallas, Baton Rouge. Hope the car hold up till then. cross fingers.

Makes everyone nervous about using these plugs. Also running stock turboII coils and ignitors, 15$ Plug wires for the cheapest ignition system around.

Chuck if you actually spent money, you'd either be the fastest thing in the rotary world or never make a pass. I can't decide which!

Awesome pics!

Mr Broke is a great teacher!

Sometimes I think having money makes people stupid. It's easy just to buy the "right" parts.

Not the best welding but I did use gas. But did turn the bottle pressure down to 10psi to make it last longer.

Are you using the stock pickup points on the chassis or have you moved anything around?

stock mounting points. Easy but leaves no room to make the upper arm adjustable. up or down. Bars do have hiem joints to adjust pinion angle but not IC. Bottom bar came out level with the ground using the stock mounting location. Upper bar does point toward the bottom of the front wheels but it's only around 8/10 inches long. Big learning experience.
