full exhaust
intake
fcd
fuel pump
aluminum f/w
ign. computer

a safc should add some safety! your looking at bukoo dollars though!

i know the series 5 TII is a little heavier than the s4 TII but a set up like above will probably be good for mid 13's

i never ran my TII but from what i have read on this forum i think its possible.

i think an intake and exhaust would get you a 14.2 but that wouldnt be to safe!

I'm sounding like a broken record.

87 TII, 2.25" DP to 3" cat-back. $29 cone filter on the stock MAF and a RB FCD 13.4's@ 104-105mph at 9.5 psi boost. In drag trim the car weighs ~2450lbs.

Don't get an aluminum flywheel for drag racing, it won't do the job of launching the car. I have a 17 lb steel flywheel and get good launches with that.

you cant launch as hard....although i have launched a few times very hard with no damage to the f/w.

I'm guessing this run was on drag radials at least? Also what exactly constitutes drag trim - I have a 87t2 and I thought it was around 2800 stock

I consistently ran a 14.01 - 13.92 with the following"
Bonez Intake
3" turbo back exhaust single (which is for sale)
no cat
Pulleys
electric fan
greddy profec B boost controller @ 10 psi
Jacobs propak
G-force chip.....but you could use a FCD and a S-afc for the near same results.
Bf Goodrich drag radials...that are totaly bald. used for $50.
tokico HP with Eibach pro kit springs.
NO weight reduction....left the jack and spare in the car.
left the 2+2 back seats in also. My daily driver.

Have a think about a chrome-moly flywheel, we have good success over here (in oz) with them, real stong and light!
