N/A or Turbo Rotaries can both shoot flames but I think turbo's do more often.

Make a custom exhaust or have a shop make one up for you as straight as possible without a cat is your best bet. My TII shot huge flames all the time I had a 3" turboback exhaust with no cat just a straight pipe. Or if your cars modded enough you could have your AUX Rev limiter setup on the Haltech to cut ignition at 3k rpm with the flip of a switch just like RXSTASY's fc3s does.

stock exhaust will shoot flames with no cat. free flowing pipes will make more.

+1 , i had a racing beat header/precilencer to stock cat-back on my NA FC and it would shoot small flames. Like... a big POW and a little blue flame would shoot out, it was pretty pathic but no bad for stock. Of course, if you get a nice cat-back setup as well, NAs will definetly shoot flames.

Damn thing is really loud, I drove home like that. I was looking everywhere for cops lol, the next week I installed the RB presilencer, and the noise quieted down alot.
