Renesis.

I understand that it's an engineer of some sort to improve the rotary performance and whatnot, but what exactly is it and what does it do?
How did it devolope and come about?

For some reason, I don't understand a damn thing of what your asking about in ANY of your post. Is it just me?

Renesis is rotary engine in the Rx-8. What sets it apart from the other older 13b engines is that it has side exhaust ports instead of peripheral.

The Renesis is the Renesis. It is a side exhaust port 13B. It was only available in the RX-8 and no other car. If it didn't come in the RX-8, it wasn't a Renesis.

I doubt that he is going to install one in his car but it is by far the most powerful nonturbo rotary to ever go in a production car.

^ second gens have air flow meters, third gens use speed-density systems. the rx8/renesis uses a MAF (mass air flow) system.
